Coaching to achieve your goals: for individuals and groups
To deliver a high quality performance you need
- clarity about objectives; what do you want to achieve?
- a thorough understanding of contexts; what challenges do you face?
- a meaningful and realistic grasp of the way you and your team may undermine your efforts.
You need a clear goal
If you are going to achieve a goal, whatever that might be, you need to be clear about what it is:
- what will it look like when you get there?
- how will you know you’ve got there?
Executive coaching and life coaching
Since 1999 I have been working with individuals and organisations to help them think through their leadership, life, work and business practices. Working to enable them to reconnect with what sparks their imagination, energy and enthusiasm.
I have a lot of experience to offer you.
The capacity to reach greater potential can be derailed by various factors, some which are easier to grasp than others.
I have pursued the questions of both what promotes and what inhibits our progress through a combination of
- in-depth psychological study
- training and
- business experience
In all cases I work to create a better connection with what sparks your energy and enthusiasm for
A coaching relationship offers a confidential place to:
- focus upon the things you want and need to achieve and
- to understand how you might stop yourself from doing so
Coaching to achieve your goals
If we are serious about changing the effect we have both on ourselves and the people and teams we work with, then coaching offers a uniquely supportive relationship through which powerful transformational change is possible.
The coaching relationships I develop:
- are confidential, ethical and professional relationships, in which a full review of your goals, objectives and challenges is possible,
- allow for a careful understanding of how experience shapes our lives and working styles,
- provide an ability to carefully work to pursue objectives with confidence and direction.
What sparks your interest, creativity and energy?
What keeps you resilient?
